Hello, my name is Isaac. Having lived in New Hampshire’s Mount Washington Valley region my entire life, I take great pride in serving the communities and homeowners in the area I have always called home. Being able to help improve the comfort, efficiency, and performance of local homes is something I genuinely enjoy.
What stands out most to me about working for Valley Insulation is the company’s unwavering commitment to quality. Every project is approached with a focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time. I believe that quality work is built on taking the time to properly assess each project, follow best practices, and maintain high standards from start to finish.
Prior to joining the insulation industry, I worked as a mechanic for one of the region’s most recognized automotive dealerships. That experience provided me with extensive training in diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair. The same skills required to maintain and repair complex automotive systems translate directly to the insulation industry, where keeping spray foam equipment, generators, compressors, trucks, and trailers operating at peak performance is critical to delivering consistent, high-quality results. My mechanical background allows me to identify potential issues before they become problems, minimize downtime, and help ensure our equipment is always ready to perform.
My goal on every project is to provide homeowners and builders with the highest level of workmanship possible while representing Valley Insulation’s commitment to professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction. I want every customer to feel confident that their project is being completed correctly and that they are receiving a product and installation they can trust for years to come.
My name is Dominic Gilmore, and I am the proud owner of Valley Insulation LLC, a veteran-owned and operated insulation company serving Conway, New Hampshire, and the surrounding communities.
Before entering the construction industry, I served as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned the values that continue to guide me every day—leadership, integrity, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. The Marine Corps taught me that success comes from discipline, attention to detail, and taking responsibility for the people who depend on you. Those same principles are the foundation of how I run my business today.
Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in building science, construction project management, and energy-efficient building systems. I am passionate about helping homeowners, builders, and business owners create stronger, more comfortable, and more efficient buildings. Whether it’s a new construction project or improving the performance of an existing home, I believe in doing the job right the first time and delivering results that stand the test of time.
Above all, I am a family man. I am blessed to be the father of two little girls, and my family is the driving force behind everything I do. Being a dedicated father and provider has strengthened my commitment to honesty, hard work, and building a business that reflects the values I want to pass on to my children.
At Valley Insulation, we’re not just installing insulation—we’re helping families protect their homes, reduce energy costs, and create healthier, more comfortable living spaces. I take great pride in serving the community I call home and treating every project with the same care and attention I would give my own family’s home.
Semper Fidelis. Integrity, quality, and service remain at the heart of everything we do.
